Where do we start ? My wife and I have used Mersadies for our last two transactions and for good reason . She is phenomenal at what she does. Able to answer all our never-ending questions at all hours of the day. Buying a house before we sold ours was extremely stressful but Mersadies ensured us it would be fine. WOW! was she right with her ability to market our house and stage it. We were able to sell above our list price. She made a very stressful time into a very stress-free time. I worked with Mersadies to sell my house. As well as buy a house. She was great at both! She communicated with me the entire step of the way and never pushed me to sell until we got the number I wanted! She staged my house perfectly it looked amazing and definitely helped get the price I was looking for! When it came to buying a house I had a wish list that was ridiculously long and she was very understanding of it and helped me find my dream home! Mersadies is the most down to earth and easy to talk to realtor. She got us the best offer for the sale of our home and walked us through all the things we needed to know. So naturally we asked her to help us buy our new house! She made the whole process of looking for and buying a house easy for us.
